Because I seem to live in another world at the moment, in my free time I start Day Dreaming and then I start shaking for some weird reason... So would it be good for you? Because it's needed to LD'ing isn't it.

I find day dreaming really good for myself with all the stress I get I feel much better when I wake up after 2 3 hours of sleep. Its important not to oversleep during day dream cause it might mess up your nightsleep, it will be hard to fall asleep during the night.
Dont think you have to day dream for LD but I heard its a nice time to get LD, sometimes you get dreams in the form of your thoughts that are very wierd when you dont see or feel yourself in there.
I don't think it's "good for you" but its not bad for you. I don't believe it helps to get LDs.
Thought it was how you do it... Lol
Hi, when U say U live in another world, it sounds like Ur using Ur intent to superimpose on the current reality Ur living in. Kinda like 'OK I'm in a lucid dream, lets go to.....' is it like that? I would say it destresses the person and also puts less pressure on trying to have a lucid dream. Kinda like Ur already acting out that part so part of the excitement is already taken care of. But Y would U shake? Unless Ur on Ecstasy or something..;)

Oh. That's just me, I have some sort of Adrenalin Rush when I Day Dream. It happans when I listen to Music aswell or watching a T.V. program I like. It's rather embarrasing. It's really bad!
Well, daydreaming is GREAT for Lucid Dreaming
Not to get you lucid, no. But with daydreaming you can work on your self/dream-control. I know that many people here have trouble with dream control because they have trouble with other things (such as visual memory, control of your thoughts or even imagination itself)
Some people get "Sleep Drunkenness" in their LDs because of poor dream control (things such as not being able to stand up, hitting objects or not being able to control what you look at). Their mind has trouble to create exactly what the conscious mind wants to, and the person's skepticalness can also ruin things (some people keep falling simply because they don't feel their legs in the usual state).
Daydreaming is great for any aspect of the mind, as long as you're not lazy about it. You're having fun with it: it won't hurt to do it with a bit more of intent and detail. This shall help you A LOT, believe me.
Good (day)dreamign to all,
Well, even walking across the Street I look like I'm in my own little world. "Jonny, Jonny! *Laughs*" is what I got once
I'd say it's neither good nor bad for you, more of a neutral thing, but i like to daydream alot too, i feel lik i've escaped from reality, until some prick taps me on the shoulder :D
Lol "Some Prick"
Don't know about daydreaming, per se, but i've read that Imagestreaming (letting your subconscious' stream of images "impinge" upon your conscious thoughts) increases your IQ and creativity.
