The RC failed me

OK, I've been trying to have LDs for about 2 months, with only one "lucid" where I woke up 1 second after I realiazed I was dreaming. :( I've been doing RCs throughout the day randomly, probably 1-3 times an hour.

So, after 2 months, I FINALLY end up doing a nose RC in a dream.

It goes like this: I'm in a kitchen, then the thought comes to me to do an RC. So I plug my nose, try to breathe, and I can. And I just say, "Cool, I can breathe through my nose." Nothing about realizing the dreamstate. :mad: When I do RCs IRL, I ask myself if I'm dreaming, not just go through the motions. Anyone know what's wrong?

It's just a fluke. Sometimes we miss obvious dreamsigns. This is just one of those times. Chances are that it won't happen again. Nothing's wrong, really. Adjust your mindset: something is right! Now that you're reality checking in your dreams, frequent DILDs are just around the corner!

off topic, but i wonder if anyone has ever ACTUALLY done what your sig. say, LMAO!!

Well, at least DILDs should be coming. I guess there would be some failures, anyway...

If someone tried my compression - I'd probably get some serious hate mail from them. Well, I wouldn't, because their email program would be gone :shock:. But I doubt anyone is stupid enough to do it :imslow:.
