      The itches never stop!!!!

I have this big problem with getting really itchy when I'm trying to wild or dild. does anyone know how to make it stop!!? I try to ignore them like clairity suggests in her totourial, but sometimes its just too intense and I think that Im too awake for my body to try to "trick me". is ths normal?

This happens to me as well... after only a minute or two I already feel like turning onto my side or stratching my neck or something. It's very distracting. I found the itches usually go away and occur less frequently if you really force yourself to focus on something mental, like using your imagination to visualise something. That takes your mind's focus off your physical body and (hopefully) onto imaginary things instead.
I know exactly how you feel though. I get this pain in my neck until I'm convinced my head is at the wrong angle to my body (lol!) and I want to move my head so much, and even if I lie there for 2 hours, it just gets worse and worse...

I heard that this is a technique "the brain" uses to see if you are mentally awake or not. So it can begin the sleep paralysis and stuff.

Itch can be a real pain, but it doesn't nececairily have to be all the time. Sometimes people are just too annoyed by itch. Scratch it and relax would do wonders as opposed to being very frustrated about it: this will only give more tention and itch. Try and ignore MOST itch as only SOME really needs scratching. A common cause of bedtime ithcing is Sweat. If you've sweat alot before bedtime you will feel itchy in bed. Take a warm bath or shower before bedtime. Not too hot, maybe even a bit cold.

If you really find that no matter how hard you try the itch is problematic and keeping you from sleep you can take anti-histamines. They relax muscles, numb the skin to calm down allergic reactions ( like itch ) and make you really drowsy: so Í don't know if it favors Lucidity that much.

The best thing is to scratch, relax and accept itch.

Lol, I have the same problem when I try to meditate. I haven't had an itch in weeks, but as soon as I start to meditate, I get itchy all over. I know it's just a bunch of bull, but I like to scratch. Which makes me very vulnerable to poison ivy
