Well, a good friend has been using a strange method during WBTB and before it and he says that he has increased his wildling alot. The gay part is over now to the method itself.
What is it by itself?
Sleep, which is the purpose of most wilding and vilding. So this method is done to make you be able to sleep faster. To do this method you need a hour or more, my friend said that once he did this for three hours and remeberred his dream perfectly and very clear(7hours of dreams he said). Now the method is simple try and get to sleep, however play loud music(house or techno would be most suitable). Obviously try and vild whilst listening to music and do various relaxation methods. When I mean Vild just visuliaze a dream scene like a forest and walk around it smelling, touching, tasting and looking at things.
It weird, but when doing this really long you start to see HI and then it comes really strongly, yesterday when I attempted this I saw a three people. Don't play the music really loud or you will damage you're ears, music should be just anoth loudness wise to keep you awake. After the music then just attempt to Vild, sometimes you fall asleep and sometimes you Vild.
So in dumb terms listen to music for an hour or more whilst Vilding, then turn of the music and attempt to Vild.
