Wild Help
Last night i attempted a WILD like i do every night. Each time i try i get into SP. I count "1, i am dreaming" , "2, i am dreaming" and so on. I do this for waht feels like 30mins and nothing happens. What can i do to get into the transition phase of the WILD and move on to my LD?

By transition phase of a WILD do you mean ASP(Awareness during Sleep paralysis) where you get Hypnagogia sensations? A pressure on your chest, body vibration, hearing loud noises, and or a feeling of there being a "pressence" somewhere near you?
If this is the beginning transition phase to performing a WILD I would like to know how to more accurately go into this first stage, and methods of going from this stage to a Lucid Dream. For a couple years now I have, on accident, 1-2 a month, have entered this phase and just now recently found out what it is, and that it could lead to these Lucid Dreams.
PS for the above poster - When I go to sleep I do some things out of habit, they probably dont lead to the transition phase but could still help. #1 keep my eyes opened and focus on a single point, I do this just because it interests me how you vision becomes darker and darker the longer you focus on a single point and dont move your eyes or blink. #2 is I think about pleasent things, not things that make me tired but just things i like to think about, Kinda like how you think to yourself "I will have a dream". Ofcourse these may have nothing to do with entering the first stage of a Lucid Dream, but if ive been getting to the first "stage" on accident maybe it has something to do with my sleep habits.
PSS for the above poster - You might want to mentally prepare yourself for what happens if its the same things as whats been happening to me. Its induced quite a bit of fear into me. A loud screaching scream in my ear, a heavy pressure on my chest, not being able to move and vibrating and feeling like someone is watching me from the shadows of my room. This is what I felt the last time it happend to me, and was the most vivid of the experiences amongst the ones Ive had.
