Calling naturals; and others...

Ok, this is the koo. I have been naturally LDing since I can remember, more frequently from about 10 years old onwards. Recently I went through a dry patch after discovering what LDing actually was as had never spoken to anyone about it before, found this forum and could not LD after that. Now having come out of that 6 month dry spell I had been having regular LDs. Since my holiday a couple of weeks ago, where I had about 6 LDs in the week, I have had none! I am at a loss of how to maintain a steady, regular pattern of LDs. From having so many, to having another 2 week dry spell is confusing. Why are they so irregular?

What do people find help them maintain a steady number of LDs a week?

Keep a stress free balanced peaceful lifestyle is what does it for me. If I am really stressed I will probably have no Dream Recall. Perhaps something has been going on that has been bothering like...... The fact that you were having LD's a few weeks ago, but then one night you didn't You probably said "Oh oh well maybe tommorow night", but then that night you didn't and so your like "Oh hmm tonight maybe" , but then you didn't and fromt his you got nervous and anxious and after a while a little upset so in other words you put uneeded stress upon yourself.

Calm down take it easy and don't delve to much on it.
