Wierd way of getting a ld? or just placebo :P

Hey all , i know im mostly a lurker here dont have that much time to post with uni and stuff but thats over now, anyhow recently ive been getting loads of lucid dreams seems to be since ive started to use natrasleep (to help me sleep ofcourse:P) but anyway, thats not what im writing about i had a cold this week and i must have got lucid from this so many times , i had a blocked nose you see so every time i was dreaming i could breathe through my nose and became instantly lucid , without my terrifying sleep paralysis :P just thought id share that :D

Oh yes ive been suffering from SP quiet badly aslong as i can remember i used to get it maybe 3 -4 times a night even went for erm narcosis ? cant quiet remember a test for it, turns out i didnt have it. Thats how i found out about dreamviews a few years back, trying to find out what sp was:P.
