Some advice for sleep deprivation method
Hey everyone, I decided that I will be trying the sleep deprivation method for attaining lucid dreams. Two questions though, how many hours should I stay awake before going to sleep, and are there any articles/tutorials specific to this method? Also, what are some good ideas for staying awake? The only reason I have a hard time staying awake is because I get bored, not that I am really tired. So what are some good things to do at night when everyone else is asleep? Thanks!
