help me analyze my strongest WILD experience (sorry long post)

Sorry for posting about WILD it seems to be a popular post but ever since a month or 2 ago, i havent really gotten close to a wild. So i decided to post exactly what happened.


Okay, i was a beginner at the time i tried this without WBTB and i used the counting method while taking deep breaths. I started getting HI (sparkling light-like figures). After a while i just became aware of the HI and my feelings and i remained concious. I entered SP and i knew this because it felt like everything i was touching (sheets, bed etc.) felt like they were not there, and i felt like i could move, i just didnt want to. After a little while i had this very powerful pulling feeling, like i was spinning and falling through my bed. I felt like i was in a void. I tried not to panic, and i just kept going. I tried to stand up (to check if this was a dream) but i couldn't so i knew i was still not in my dream yet. Suddenly (after my mind was clear of thoughts) i saw this blue figure transform into a god-like figure (resembles what people would describe as a DMT hallucination) and i panicked and woke up. I feel like i was close, but ever since then all i can get to is where i feel like im spinning, and then i dont get any further from there.

Again, sorry for the extremely long post but i'd really appreciate help. Im gonna start doing wbtb more often but that hasnt seemed to help either.

try using it with WBTB early in the morning. The longer you sleep the more vivid and clear you dreams will get

would you recommend 3-4 hours after you fall asleep or 5-6?

before i tried 3-4 and had no luck and would always just fall asleep. recently though i waited until like 6 or 7 in the morning to do the WILD. i did the technique where you try to make yourself feel like you're sliding across your bed and it worked really well.

by 6-7 in the morning does that mean you went to bed at around 12? so would that be 6-7 hours?

yeah last night i fell asleep somewhere between 12-1. I woke up around 4 and tried to MILD which didn't work and woke again around 7 and successfully did my WILD

i tried it with no success. i was in a deep relaxed trance but i didnt see HI or experience SP and i stayed up for like 45 minutes.

ill try again tonight.
