Brainwave Generator

After setting everything up like the tutorial explains. I tried it last night. I had major SP and had longer dreams, but no lucidity.

Has anyone tried this method?

I've tried the program, not the specific method. The program helps me to go to a certain state (selfhypnosis or sleep), but it's only a tool. In the end, it has to come from your own mind. At least, that's my experience.
