I know I'm close (WILD)
I've been using the WILD technique. I go into sleep paralysis within 20 minutes and see images spinning around and experience vibrations that I read about in the tutorial section. The problem is I still don't know what the final step is. How do I jump from relaxation to my lucid dream?

just try to hang in there when ur feeling all the sensations , with me i fall a sleep for 2 secs without knowing then i wake back up to the sensation and pull my self out of my body and my LD starts in my room , just try to hold onto the sensations for longer.

You've really just gotta sit back and relax, it will come, you've got 90% there. Try to feel what it is that you're seeing, engage in it, and "step" in...I know it's easy to say, but you'll find your way soon enough.
