an idea of mine

Hello there! Here I will talk about an idea I had to induce myself LDs. I have yet to make it successful, though. I just want your opinion.

Here's the technique. For now, i'll call it "Lucid dream template programmation". (As the technique will be more perfect and... more tested :oops: , i'll probably change the name...)

The basic idea is to make the subconscious make and for us a dream designed to making us lucid, I mean a normal dream who will induce lucidity.

But after a bit of testing and chatting with my subconscious, he told me that he doesn't have a "god" control on normal dreams since dreams have some rules that must be followed... An example: he cannot appear himself as a DC to tell me to be lucid... cause he is the subconscious and he does not have a place on a dream which the theme is "raise the consciousness"... Dunno if you understand...

I believe that dreams are like music, with is own logic, sense of melody and rhythm. Music is great: it can induce feelings, altered states of mind... they can stimulate senses and habilities, such the sense of rhytm... etc. Dreams too, but with all our senses. Rhythm, balance, colors, thoughs, the relation between visual symbols and the way they switch in our mind like a melody... If the subconscious know how the "music" work, it will be easy for him to make changes in our feelings... and in our level of consciousness...

For me (and for now), I think that a perfect "dream template" for LD would be something like that:
(I'll call the subconscious Sophy and the dreamer Phil, for simplicity. Sophy is the actual name of my subconscious... :D)

1-Since the begining of the Phil's dream, Sophy make the report of the toughs and objects of though who haunt the dream of Phil. She deal with that and balance with some other thoughs or symbols in order to make them cancel each other. (Or something like that.) Sophy wants the mind of Phil as clear and relaxed as possible.
2-Then Sophy increase the rythm and induce some sort of "awakening theme" just before showing to Phil a predetermined dreamsign. Phil become lucid.
3-Now Sophy induce a cycle who make the balance between the dream, the Phil's presence, the Phil's wills and her own wills. Phil enjoy the LD and do so until it is the time for the melody to end.
4-Then Sophy wake up Phil gently in a way that Phil will remember all his experience.

It would be nice, isn't it? :D Now I have to find an efficient way to induce myself something like that. :? To be continued...
