Help on WILDing...
I was just wondering.
My mind tends to wander when I'm falling asleep and I usually start to think very daydreamy thoughts. Sometimes my mind will replay scenes in my head from my everyday life.
I used to avoid this when I try to WILD as I thought it was a sign that I was about to lose consciousness, but is this a scenario where I should just accept whats going on and just try to focus on not falling asleep?

There are a few methods for staying concscious while your body falls asleep.
Try counting your self to sleep. Count each inhale and exhale. This way your mind can concentrate on something while the body falls asleep.
Also, you could try passively watching the hypnotic imagery on your eyelids. Don't try to actually focus your eyes on anything because it'll hurt and wake you up.

Just watch the imagery passively as if you were watching a movie on drugs. It is hard to explain any other way. When you watch a movie, you are passively watching, but you are too intent on what is happening. You need to feel almost braindead; like you're a zombie. This leads to the transition to the subconscious.

I defintely focus on the HI's...usually those images become full imersed 3-d and "kaplooey", you're in the dream. Best damn virtual reality for FREE no less!
