I cannot understand you. At first I read the post and thought you fixed your problem and you were going to tell us it worked. Then it turned into a question?
But, the best I can i'll try to explain. Some people instead of counting have better luck picturing a repeating image. Like a square turning or something. Maby climbing a rope will work, picture your self climbing it.
Me personally, I like to think about where I want to be when im WILD'ing. I either think about a game I want to enter, or a place i'd like to be. It's all up to you and I wish you the best of luck.
i didnt say that i had solved the problem, i just said that i had figured it out...
thanks for the tip, will try it tonight
grammar + punctuation = legible?
Try having a caffinated beverage a few hours before bed. Then you should be able to fall asleep when needed, yet stay awake to complete whatever meathod you are attempting. Tea might help, or perhaps a small light. Try various things.
I just focus on my breathing, and i just basically use my mind to force myself to stay awake.
Well, my first response is to recommend a switch to the DILD or MILD method, since those do not require that you maintain a state of awareness.
However, you can always try the WBTB method, which has you fall asleep, wake up, and then attempt to WILD. I've been told that it's much easier this way.
Finally, if you insist upon using WILD, I wouldn't recommend caffeine. Personally, I think that's just going to keep you awake in its entirety.
thanks guys...
the tea tip really will come in handy (I am a tea fanatic=)
