Well, this is a vild. The purpose of this vild is try to make visual images really real so you can read from it. Now after wbtb, it is easy however you can do it before wbtb.

Now I was stuck in SP and I couldn't escape. It was really weird, I thought SP was a myth. It was a really destressing moment as I was stuck for about ten minautes. At the end I rocked myself out of SP.

Okay the method is simple;
You need to visualize something really clearly, words are a good place to start. See when you normally visualize words it comes out all blurry, however during wbtb and vilding if you concentrate on doing this you can make it clear. Now you would only be able to see the words clearly for a five seconds however repeating this you can extend time.

Thats all their is!

Now it doesn't have to be words it can be numbers or symbols, however words are the best as they are the hardest thing to visualize in detail without the need for a super memory.

For fun when you start to hallucinate vividly more then ten minautes and your not in the dream world try to move. You wouldn't be able to move at all, even if you concentrate really hard, I could barely move my fingers trying my hardest.
