Sooo close it hurts!!!

Ok, so I just discovered this whole concept yesterday, and last night I woke up 3 times in the night and ended up remembering 4 dreams (two of them not very clearily). Anyway, so with that success, I decided to look into lucidity more. Then I saw the tutorial on WILDing so I thought I might as well give it a shot. So I started to relax and in about 10 minutes my left hand started going numb. 5 minutes later, my entire upper body became completely numb. I snapped out of it, but tried 2 more times. On the third time, the same thing happened except I saw lights and I focused on them some. Then my eyelids started twitching like crazy...and a big white light appeared. But I freaked out and snapped out of it...dang.

Thats happened a few times to me before except i was not trying wild, just lying there before the next thing i know there is this white light and this sensation going through my body but i snaped myself out of it each time which i found really difficult.

I'm pretty sure i was entering sleep paralysis.
