It is Time
I am goin to try somethin to shock myself into remembering and going lucid, loud music 5am, wake me up, then drink some soda have some b6 and goto sleep. I am hoping i can finally induce a wild myself. I've been able to control them, but they are spontaneous and happen without my control.. hopefully today that will change. I think i can recall better if i am conscious as I go in. I can do it.

I had a dry spell myself, though not nearly as long as yours. What helped me was staying up really late. Then I slept in longer. And I usually have my most vivid LDs while I'm sleeping in. But that's just me.

in another post you said you want to have a scary dream well I will say this again.
if you put more covers on so your realy warm then you eat spicey foods before you go to sleep. then the heat at night will make your heart beat faster whach will make the sensation of being scared.
then what ever makes you think your dreaming should come out.
don't scream just smile and it will be nice to you.

nice double post 8) . Anyway, it was a success.. i had trouble falling asleep.. soooo, i went to thinking alot about my past. What was different...
THEN IT HIT ME. The way i slept was different. The way I sleep now is on my stomach or my side, with my legs out straight. Well the old way, i used to sleep with my legs folder up to about my stomach, and i slept only on my side... so i tried it.
My dream recall went through the roof!!!! I must have remembered like 10 dreams, and i woke up at 2am.. which i also NEVER do.. so i tried a wild, but was too tired cause i had trouble fallin asleep. anyways i fell asleep and had more dreams.
I think i am back, LDing is pretty easy as long as i have dream recall. Wiill see the next few nights if i can get back to bein 100%.

Thank you. You just helped me out even though you may not know how. I have never experimented with my sleep positions and I realized that I too started to sleep flat on my stomach with legs stretched out, but I used to sleep like you did. :P

yeah, but in doing so i released alot of unresolved stuff which is plaguing me now.. I basically released all blocks on my memory 2 night ago, so alot of stuff i blocked out because i didn't like, is back. Which is good for dreams... if i can ever sleep.

Ah, time to report on my progress.. its almost like i'm being reprogrammed... first my dream recall came back sporadically.. then it worked every morning, now i am going partially lucid and the odd part is.. my lucid dreams are training me howto go lucid more... as in i'm doing reality checks and such in them..
