Are You Serious?

Last night I did become Lucid...but it wasnt willingly.

I had a dream like it was a normal day, nothing supernatural was going on, but at night I had to blow my nose because one of my nostrils was plugged....but when I tried the other got filled and I couldnt breath through my nose anymore, so I tried to pull the snot out and spit it out, but I couldnt and then my throat got filled too...which means I now could not breathe through my nose or mouth, and I kept trying to breath in or out and I couldnt, and i started to suffocate

so I was like this has to be a dream, nobody is coming to help me, this has to be a dream. Then I realized it was, but I was suffocating so all I wanted to do was wake up. man that was the worst way possible to become lucid.

just the other night, i had a lucid dream and my head was like 200 pounds and i couldnt hold it up and i just reminding myself theres no such thing as weight in a dream and then i could hold my head up

I know it, but that is the first time I have ever felt like I was helplessly suffocating and it freaked me out so much I just wanted to wake up. Oh well, Ive been remembering more dreams lately so maybe a controlled lucid is coming soon:D

The Matrix is all about dreaming I think!

Anyway - You will learn with time when things like this happen, that you are in full control and if you want to breath you can, if you want to fly you can, there are no boundaries no matter what the situation you are faced with when you become lucid.

haha, glad this is quite humorous to all involved, including myself, Ive been trying WILD still...and last night I got to sleep paralysis twice, but each time my body had a mega twitch and it threw me awake again

If you dont know mega twitch its that time where you are almost asleep and then all of your body just decides to jerk all at once and it throws you in to being completely awake again. Does anyone else have this problem? If so how do I stop it so I can final have a real WILD?

I have the same problem. Every time that I have thought I might be coming close to SP my body twitches suddenly. It happens so fast I can't think of any way of trying to prevent it.

aye, but mine happens when Im in sp already and fading in to a dream...its really odd, and I agree it happens really fast, so I wonder if there is some mental way to prevent that.
