Techniques for "staying up late" people?
Hi.. I am having a huge dry spell. Last time I had a LD was months ago. Now nothing. The worst part is that I'm having free time. I can stay up as late as I want. Well, I've now accustomed to go to sleep around 4-5 AM and wake up in around 2 PM.
Can you recommend any techniques for someone like me? :) I've tried WBTB, but I either fall asleep after the alarm going off or cannot get to sleep. I have tried counting but it doesn't lead me to the mind awake/body asleep-state, just keeps me awake.
I want to LD, but no success!
