Any suggestions....

I go to a boarding school in TN and every day from 7:30 to 9:30 we have a study hall period. If we dont have any homework we can do whatever and last night tried to take a nap in the last thirty minutes of the study hall period. I felt the wave of heaviness come over but then the period was over. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to lucid dream while taking a two hour nap. Can you WILD in that period of time.

It's possible to WILD during a nap but difficult. but your best bet is to DILD. I suggested you practice the MILD technique.
One of my best LD was during an afternoon nap, it was a DILD.
