Space mission: lucidity
I have been reading a a lot about lucid dreaming and working on my dream recall. I can remember dreams whenever I wish but I have to make a conscious effort. I feel I am ready to start working on lucid dreaming. I will be posting my attempts as they happen, feel free to post your own or comment. I think this could be a good opportunity for a case study of the process of obtaining lucidity.

Spiff...2 things
1) I have no idea how cracking your knuckles/flexing your hands is a reality check?
I would try a more traditional RC, unless those ^ have worked before
