Interesting DILDs

I don't normally get DILDs, but I've noticed that when I fall asleep and dream in a dream I often RC and get lucid. For example, a dream where I fell and hit my head hard and fainted: I looked at my distorted reflection and came to the conclusion that I was knocked out! I could feel nausea :boggle: and thought that yes, I was dreaming and had a short lucid, but woke up back into my dream and got un-lucid. About the nausea: I was NOT sick, what caused that?
Anyway, I'd love to hear people's opineions about that. :D Thanks!
