You have that in your home you wont have to bother spending money for b6 vitamins not if you want to but those foods should contain B6
becareful though dont take alot it does have side effects..very mild but still ..u better be safe
i think if u wanna have lucid dreams practice more dont use meds or pills unless they are herbs or actual food..or take in small amounts for ur diet..so ill have to go with what kitty said..

Looks like I'll be snackin on bananas and tuna tonight. :roll:
B6 and B12 vitamins are found in stuf like energy drinks and chocolate candy bars. They work for some people, like me. :)
Bought some bananas today for that reason! :) Let's see if it works though.
They can't be found in chocolate.. can they? I mean I eat a lot of that, there can't be anything healthy in there.
Trust me there's at least one of the two in there. ;)
I would eat my banana's if it weren't for the fact that they are brown and the only thing sustaining their life is the refrigerator.

These substances are involved in the metabolism of amino acids (the building blocks of protein) and in the breakdown of glycogen (a stored sugar). Vitamin B6 is found in liver, pork, chicken, fish, and whole grains. A deficiency can result in functional disturbances of the nervous system.
Pyridoxine is essential in the conversion of amino acids to carbohydrates or fats for storage or energy, the synthesis of new amino acids from carbohydrates, and the conversion of the amino acid tryptophan to niacin. Vitamin B6 provides a role in the development of most protein-related compounds including hormones, neurotransmitters such as serotonin, hemoglobin in red blood cells, and many enzymes.

Bananas seem to be the best and most easily-available food for LD's for the fact that they contain plenty Melatonin and B6. I'm off to eat 4-5...

Okay, guys. I just had to chill out for a moment. I have bananas so I guess I start eating some now. I feel like lucid dreaming tonight. I heard vanilla ice cream can also help.
I say we just eat every type of food and catalogue our results.

Hah! So much for my "banana spree" - turns out I have 2 rotten bananas in the kitchen. I opened up a pack of tuna so I guess I'll be trying that for tonight. 8% B6 - not sure if that's a lot.
Dipping bananas in chocolate is also an effective method. ;)
It may be too late, but I will add some things :)
So far I've noticed that only melatonin + B6 enchance your dreaming ability.
Few times I took B complex pill (like all B vitamins + niacin) with
melatonin. Well, It just knocked me out for the night. No dream recall, no
awakenings or anything I remember... I hardly even remember I slept or
took B complex.
Such nights are really fuzzy when I think about it... Really weird :/
another thing is : taking 10-100mg B6 combined with melatonin before
going to bed increases
vividness/storyline of the dream. Gives you some degree of nonlucid
awareness (Like you can use telekinesis absolutely aware, but never
question why you can actually use it)
Taking melatonin, and later taking B6 during the night is *VERY* likely to
make you lucid. Of course you have to put your best effort into it, but it
has a great chance of success.
Taking B6 twice during one night (like 3 hrs into sleep, then 6 hrs into
sleep) can produce extraordinary results, but I havent done enough
experimenting to say it's for sure...
I'm not sure if it contains any vitamin B, but I've found drinking a glass of warm milk before hitting the sack can bring about some crazy dreams :?
Maybe its just me, but it's worth a try!
