How tired were you, when you tried to WILD? How many hours did you sleep before trying to WILD? |

I was trying to WILD the other morning and stay still. |

The jolts and twitches are fine as long as you are not consciously moving your body parts. |

Yeah, I wouldn't worry about it too mcuh. Certainly by concerning yourself with every involuntary bodily movement will only make it more dificult to relax. I'd say, just let that "heavy" feeling pass over you. After a good 5 minutes in bed for me, on a good day, I kind of imagine a cast forming around my body, and I relax...don't force t, but after a bit of time you should find that it won't take much effort to remain still, and keep your mind awake. |

i have the same problem as you but what i do somtimes is i wrap my self in my blankets tightly (not to tight) but enough so my legs dont jolt anywhere ..it may work for you ! |

Your body makes these twitches (along with other annoying sensations, like itching and discomfort) to see if your mind has fallen asleep before it shuts down. Just stay perfectly still and ignore all sensations, after a while they will dissipate and you`ll find yourself in SP (and in perfect position for an LD). |
|
Yeah, I don't think that your body moving is what kicks you off the path to SP, but rather the act of sending the signal from your brain to move it... |
|
Heres an important question: Were your legs jolting? Or were they actually paralyzed and it felt like they were jolting? |
