If you have limited access to your dream sign or if access to the dream sign is out of your control, then this could work for you.
For about ten minutes a day, do constant reality checks while thinking of your dream sign, or repeating it out loud, or something like that. Don't let your mind wander.
This, over time, should forge an NLP anchor. This method works for people who don't see their dream sign often.
This hasn't been tested by the way, it's just an idea. But I think it could really work.
