Has anyone tried a Dark Retreat? Its basically locking yourself in a dark room (with a bed and someone outside to push food under the door) for days on end, and it seems like a sure-fire way of inducing lucidity!!! I read about this in a book on the Tibetan Bon tradition - they do it, under supervision and within a whole context of dream yoga. The author did a 49 day :shock: retreat and had some pretty spectacular results. I guess this is another way of (majorly) upsetting sleep patterns by confusing night and day, and through some serious resting, sleep would become lighter as well.
