Hypnosis as an aid to attain Lucidity!

HYPNOSIS AS A WAY TO LD

I was wondering if anyone has tried hypnosis to suggest yourself into becoming lucid in your dreams... i think there is some potential there, for many reasons... both hypnosis and dreams are strongly related to the subconscious...

Also, people who are going through dry spells might be subconsciously "blocking" LDs for one reason or another...

So, i'd be very interested to hear from anyone on that subject, and even maybe see some scripts about LD induction.

I intend to try it for a while, and i'll post the script i develop here.

People can also recommend good good hypnosis books, if they like.

I'd recommend Roy Hunter's "The Art of Hypnosis" and "The Art of Hypnotherapy".
