And i think i did something wrong. I woke up at some time (didn't even know:oops:), and i thought i'd try a wild. so i layed down, and was still for a good 20 minutes or so. I kept feeling my body telling me im uncomfortable, but i didn't budge. My whole body began to go numb, but Nothing happened after that. I never saw any really vivid pictures, or went into a dream. what did i do wrong? :?
Your consontraiting to much on achieving your lucidity.. and not your tecnique, Put it this way. You need to keep your mind focused on the the present tense and not the thing you want most.. Dont let your mind ponder eather, otherwise you will just fall into a no lucid dream.. if you keep thinking to yourself, am i in a lucid dream yet or, when am i gonna go lucid. your just going further and further away from your chances.. it takes practice, and you may end up thinking im gettin no were, wats the point in this, but do it properly and you will soon find out.. I also attempted WILD last night. I came very very close. At kept catching my mind wandering several times, sometimes it even seemed dream-like, but as soon as I noticed it, the dream would quickly fade. I don't think WILD is my cup of tea unless I wake up with sleep paralysis. DILDing with reality checks is my only hope.
