In my oppinion, I wouldn't eat tons of sugar before bed, just for health reasons. Since you are not using energy while you sleep, it will turn streight to fat. A few weeks of this and you are in trouble. ;) Just an oppinion.
Ha, I fell asleep before step 3. I'll try FILD tonight. And also, I decided that sugar is going to end up killing me at 50, lest I be careful. But caffeine is bad for teenagers and hard for me to get my hands on. I guess I'll have to figure some other thing to do.
