Hey I was just wondering if you all experienced LD'ers could
post what you do, or think about when you go to bed.
Especially on the nights you have lucid dreams, what techniques work best for you? And how many hours of sleep do you get on these nights?

I'm a big fan of the meditations in Shakti Gawain's "Creative Visualizations". I find them extremely effective for falling asleep and achieving lucidity.
I usually get 7-9 hours sleep, though I tend to wake up several times per night.
I know it might seem bothersome, but if you take the time to go through all the posts on this forum, or at least several of them, you can learn a lot.
