DEILD looks very interesting, does anyone have any experience with it?

Link explains the method and whatnot, has anyone had success with it? A few people claimed that they fell right back into a non-lucid dream afterwards, is there any way to avoid that?

I just read through it, would I be right in saying it would be a lot easier to perform if you're waking up from a lucid dream rather than a normal one?

LOL I've DEILDed some nice bunch of times.. But it is really relative. On some days it will work and on some other days it simply won't. It's pretty nice when it does, but it'll usually last shorter than the previous dream :( at least for me.

I do it from time to time. I guess all I can say is that it works for me and that it's very nice, but usually short. Do a search for DEILD, as the maker of that thread stated, he took it from here and there are a lot of experiences in our DEILD threads.

I like this technique, it's something I stumbled upon on my own. Most often, it makes me lucid, like I know I'm dreaming, but it gives my dreams a "supernatural message" feel. I usually end up seeing or experiencing something that has a feeling of meaning by the time it's over. The physical sensations from this are usually stronger than the visuals, and with no sound. Which is strange, because as far as learning, I'm audio, visual, kinesthetic in that order...
