my worst nightmare

Ok so my nightmare has come , for some reason i am unable to attain lucidity anymore . i have my phone alarm that goes off during the night everynight ever since i found out about lding, for the past month or 2 i just past out when i do a wbtb its driving me nuts i dont know whats going on im doing everything i use to do but its starting to become very hard . now when i lie still for a long time my body starts to hurt and i just have to move which distracts my chances of becoming lucid , its really annoying. any one experienced this before i hope im not having a dry period! , i want to obatin lding everynight sooo bad .
