nice, this is the perfect thing to watch/listen to while passing the time at work. Thanks!
this is pretty cool but the guy makes it pretty boring for the first hour
I actually watched the whole two hours :P The first hour is mainly about the spirituality behind it and healing stuff. The second hour he goes over his WILD technique and later, at about 1:30, he starts guiding you through a relaxation process with a pre-made tape. That part is actually pretty cool.
Wow, I fully watched this video and it was incredible. What he meant is we all can WILD right on sleep onset. Meaning we don't have to waste 3 to 4 hours sleeping before you can try WILD. His intention is to teach us to WILD right when we lay in bed trying to go to sleep.
Anyone who is good or has been using meditation (as this guys saids) can see that WILDing just involves relaxation, a good intention, and awareness. You don't have to be a meditator to do this!, but it is required of you to be able to deeply relax your whole body completely. Some type of meditation is though recommended for best results:D I was inspired to meditate more often now because of this video.
I think anyone who is interested in learning more, should watch the whole video because it is very important if you can understand the background of lucid dreaming. There's also lots of stuff I didn't cover on here, I just covered a quarter of what the guy mentions:roll:
Hint:I think this guy makes the first hour or so, boring to see how dedicated we are. To see if we would stop watching the vid because it was too boring :)... Watch it whole vid!!! Thus the waiting teaches us dicipline :)!!
Or you could go to 1:14:00. That's about where he actually begins to teach the method.
dude, I agree entirely...
I think it was a good semenar because he delved into the philosophical and metaphysical significance of lucid dreaming and explained it not in a pragmatic, "how-to", textbook sort of way but in an experienced and meaniful way. I mean his intention really shone through as being really pure, so not as if he were just out to make a buck, but as if he wanted more people to understand the true significance of lucid dreaming and the healthy meditative way to do it. I don't know if I believe ANYTHING he said, but it was very intriguing and sort of touching.
This video actually answers my last thread (http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=49203)
Will try that meditation today :>
Meditation really is great, when watching the video I had a headache, and when doing that relaxation exercise my headache was slowly stopped :)
thanks all.
nothing personal if you agree with everything they said but their views on spirituality are very ummm fruity
Please say I wont end up like him if I lucid dream.
lmao, my thoughts exactly... Don't worry bullit, just be one of the normal people on here that don't agree with all the spiritual/ridiculous claims.Quote:
