I only use this RC when I'm already sure I'm dreaming and I just want to confirm it - I find a window and punch it out. If I'm dreaming, the entire window pops out in one piece - no broken glass or anything. It's a really weird sensation because I usually hear the glass breaking but the window just pops out of its frame and falls. Then I usually fly out the window. So far I haven't tried this in real life only to find out I'm not dreaming and I just busted my hand.

I don't think he's really using it as an RC, more as something cool to do during a dream. You don't really RC when you're sure you're dreaming. And if you're not... boy, that would hurt.
I jumped through a window the other night while lucid. The glass kinda bubbled out as I shoved my hands through it, (I was flying) and got stuck on my fingers; but when I concentrated I was able to slide through it. It felt like a soap bubble film. Funny, because it was actually a louvered window!
I'm going to stick with plugging my nose, no broken hands or windows for me:P
Maybe you should do another rc before that one just to make sure.
Eh, thats technically not an RC.
RC's are generally classfied as low-profile, easy things to do that will check to see if you're dreaming or not. Punching or pushing a window wouldn't really be classified as a reality check. Cool find though!
I had a friend that actually did put his arm through a window. He did it very gracefully. He just walked up to it and extended his arm down with his hand flat like it was a chainsaw. He had to get like 25 stitches.
