HI Question

I've never had HI yet so I have a pretty basic question. When you close your eyes and see black, is that where the HI are? Or are they in your minds eye, like your imagination? Like if I focus on the black behind my eye will I see them or should I let my mind wander and stuff, because I've had very very poor success with staring at the black. Thanks!

No, you can't focus on the black. Focus on thought instead. Then the images will become more apparent than the black, and then replace it altogether.
