Controlling breathing
It seems that when one goes to sleep, the breathing is very low (and by low I mean you don't inhale a lot). But every time I try to WILD or DEILD I feel I need to breathe really deeply. I try to lower it but it's really hard. I've done a DEILD once and that was with more controlled breathing, but I can't seem to do that. Any help or advise?

The problem with controlling your breathing is that by doing it, you're thinking about breathing. Even awake, when I'm not thinking about breathing, it's light and shallow, (unless I'm exercising or something, of course), but soon as i think about breathing. I feel the need to take a deep breath.
I guess the answer is just like the mind/body question in WILD, you have to stop focusing on it and focus only on your mind. Your subconscious has to take over the breathing for you if you want it to be light. I still have yet to put this fully into practice. It's hard.

I don't believe it's thinking about breathing that's the problem, I think the real problem is congestion.
