Dangit! Wild help- touching tip of WILD!

How do you transition from when you get waves too The dream? okay I wild before sleep, I know its harder but I cant wild w/ wbtb because I get too uncomfortable. What happens during my wild is the first 20mins my body goes num- my hands then kinda my body. After the 20mins my body starts going into shock. I get waves BUT I never get HI or SP but I think yesterday I started hearing water-rain drops fall as if I was in a cave. Also My heart races- like its being put into overdrive. Thats it, please help me.

I just dont get it- am I near a dream? I usually snap out of it because I would get so umcomfortable with whats happening I move. Please help me :(
