Could you please let me know what you think about the wild in connection with circadian rythm. You know REM phase begins at some time.
And now. I do WBTB. Lie in a bed. Do I have to wait till REM phase approaches. Or will it approach immediately.
You know what i mean? Or should i specify more deeply?
If you are performing a WBTB then presumabley you will wake yourself at a time when you are in the middle of a big REM period - about 5-6 hours after falling sleep. Therefore you will have interrupted the REM by doing this and you should be able to re-enter it pretty much immediately.
All I have read says so, yet I WILD everyday and never do a WBTB. I simply WILD whenever I wake up in the night, which is often (for everyone). I suppose sometimes it probably only lasts for a few minutes before deep sleep approaches. These I probably don't remember though.
I always get HI, no matter the hour. The idea is that once you do enter a dream, it may not last but a few moments before you spiral into delta.
some people wake up in the middle of the night briefly before a REM period never, so maybe thats why you WILD whenever you happen to wake up.
Usually yes I am sure I wake up in the middle of REM periods, but never once have I gone to sleep without HI or directly into delta. I am just saying that it is never a waste to attempt a WILD. Even a few minutes of success is inspiring if you have never done it before.
