I've been having this problem where I will realize I am dreaming and everything and go lucid but ultimately end up stuck with what seems like a basically lobotomized brain that does not experience the full range of human emotion such as "love." and has extremely primitive desires. Basically just straight sex or violence. Seeing as I started trying as a form of therapy this is incredibly frustrated as no real release is found via this avenue.
