My strange VILD to WILD experience

I woke up at like 6:30AM, and instead of going back to sleep like I usually do, I decided to try VILD. So i closed my eyes, made sure I was sleepy, and started visualizing my school. My mind kept fading away into this wierd chat I was having with my friend. I kept trying to stop it and stuff, but it wouldn't work for whatever reason. I thought 'FOCUS!' and started visualizing again. I took one breath and I IMMEDIETLY began feeling vibrations and had a falling sensation. At this point when I now think about it, I'm 99% sure that I was only dreaming I was trying to VILD at this point, and that I already fell asleep.
Anyways, I was 100% numb, and couldn't really move. I had crazy vibrations thorughout my body and had a sinking feeling. I thought 'What should I do now? It feels like I'm somehow doing WILD. Do I just wait and see what happens? Meh, I'd rather not.' So I tried moving, hoping it would get rid of the numbness and stuff. It stopped the WILD, and note that at this point I'm already asleep and just dreaming I'm doing VILD/WILD. I tried closing my eyes and visualizing my school again, and again I instantly began feeling vibrations, etc.
At that point I just thought it was too weird for some reason and stopped. I then just fell asleep (In my dream, :P ) and that was the end of that.
I woke up 10 min later with my hearts racing from what happened, and I couldn't go back to sleep. So I just woke up and typed this up.
And here I am.
