A step toward WILD?

Ok, so last night I was having trouble getting to sleep so I tried the 99 breaths relaxation technique and I was at about 50 and I started thinking about other things and then I'd realized that I'd lost count and I had no idea what I had thought before my current thought (does that make sense?). Then I started having what I think was HI (since I have no previous experience) I'd been playing Sim Tower (best abandonware ever!) all day and I started to see my tower with all the people moving around and the elevators going up and down, and I wasn't sure whether I was seeing it with my mind's eye or my real eye (it was sort of both). My body also felt heavy but I knew I could still move it. This continued for about 20 seconds and then I got these pains in my stomach and it all faded. I continued counting down from 55 but after that it was difficult to take deep breaths. So was this a step toward WILD or am I just going crazy?
