So are they great ways to improve DILD skills? i dont wanna mess with WILDs cause SP freaks me out reading about it, so i want to be a DILD'er which is very possible for me because of my pretty vivid dreams, im starting RC's but i just want to know what else i can do to improve my DILD skills, or if it just takes time. thanks
Doing WBTB helps your DILDs. Also vitamin B6 and having lucid dreaming on the mind before bed. The last thing that I do before bed is come here for half an hour.
Try Autosuggestion. As you fall asleep, say to yourself various phrases like:
- I'm going to realize I am dreaming
- I'm going to wake up after every dream (For DEILD purposes)
- I'm going to question everything around me
But most important of all is to keep a Dream Journal and Reality Check whenever something odd happens in real life.
Good call, autosuggestion helps a lot. when I was starting out I used that extensively.
