A good way to start recognizing that your dreaming, is to incorporate Dreamsigns + Reality Checks into your daily life.
After waking up every night, record your dreams in a Dream Journal. After a week or so, review the Journal. Look for common things that happen in all, or most of your dreams. Those could be dream signs. When you learn to recognize those, then you want to start doing a Reality Check whenever you see them in real life.
For Example, with me, I'm always walking back and forth between my bedroom and my kitchen in my dreams. So, anytime I walk from my bedroom to my kitchen in real life, I check to see if its a dream using the Nose Pinch Reality Check (pinch your nose and try to breath through it).
As for WILDing, when you get to the vibrations and SP, just keep continuing what your doing, and know that nothing is going to happen to you, no matter how much your body tries to convince you otherwise (unless you have a panic attack, but thats rare). The Vibrations and SP should pass relatively quickly after that if you can keep yourself relaxed.
