LD window or Normal Dream ILD?

usually set my alarm clock aboult 15mins before I wake up, I close my eyes usually thinking aboult things. But then I have I guess a FA. For example I thought aboult checking my cell phone for a text and checked and had one from my friend but then I went back to sleep and woke up to my mom calling me. I checked my phone and the text wasnt THERE! This morning the samething happened I thought aboult playing my psp that was on my bed but lazieness took over and I fell asleep. I woke up and remembered the psp

was upstaires SO HOW DID I GRAB IT!? I dont get it because its been happening this whole week but never thought maybe thats the window... maybe what ya think aboult? I usually wake up after aboult 7 to 8hrs of sleep.

lonestarx, what you need to do since you know you have FAs in the morning is to do a reality check every time you think you've woken up! If the reality check fails, you know you're in a FA and you'll realize you're still dreaming! :)

seems like good advise clarity but there lies the problem: its not a FA at first- I wake up for real check the time(normal time) then sit there and I fall I guess into a FA. Im thinking of maybe thinking of doing a RC right when the FA happens, Ill be lucid I think. Any advise?

Are you saying that you recognize when you're in a FA? If so, then yes.. definately do a reality check when the FA happens.

Yea heres an example: I wake up for real at the sound of my alarm. I close my eyes and try to fall asleep kinda like a WILD but think aboult checking my phone for a text so after thinking aboult it, I do and have a new text, close my phone then go back to bed. I wake up to my mom calling and find I never got a new text~ so FA? I think so. Im thinking maybe plan the same scene but add doing a RC after checking my phone and sed what happens, what you think?
