Maybe this is just me, maybe some of you have felt it. Either way humor me by reading on.
Anybody ever get the sensation that their limbs are being stretched after lying still for a long time? I have never experinced SP; perhaps this is just something that happens to me right before it begins, I would not know. This usually happens only in my legs. It is not uncomfortable, but it is a strange sensation.
Actually, it happens to me. It only does occur to happen when I am extremely relaxed and I start to hear buzzing and it feels like my bed is flipping. But to add to that, it only happens to the limbs I relax the most and it occurs often when I imagine myself sitting down with my legs sticking out.
Are you serious? That's strangely awesome.
I've never experienced that but wouldn't mind it.
I'm kind of short so experiencing such a thing would probably be the only way I'd have to feel a bit taller.
It could be a pre SP sensation. Does it happen often?
yes it happens on most nights. do you think if I leave off moving long enough after that I can get SP?
Yes same for me. The bed starts spinning slightly then gets faster and starts moving in more random directions, its really strange. The buzzing i hear is more subconscoius, i dont realise it untill afterwards, and as soon as i notice it i sort of "wake up". I'm not asleep, but i think its as i start to go to sleep.Quote:
