You do dream. EVeryone dreams everynight. You just dont remember it. THe best adivce I can give is, when you wake up, train yourself not to move a muscle, and just rellax and wait patiently. Even if you have to wait a few minutes, your dream should start to come back to you. I wake up most days not remembering a dream, until I relax for a minute then it all comes back.
Don't give up! Like Gameover said everyone dreams. You just need determination
Yes, don't give up and don't stress. ;) Your subconscious can be a bit cruel at times, but don't worry, your dreams will come back.
Thanks everyone. By the way,you can call me Lauren. Actually last night after I posted this,I went to bed and I told myself over and over to remember my dreams and I did!! HAHA!!!
Woot! ;)
Use that dream journal now! A sure-fire way to remember more dreams every night is to keep an active journal.
I used to have a dream journal with many of my dreams on my old computer but that computer broke :( I started a dream journal this morning :D
I use an old fashioned notebook, rather than an online thing. ;) Am I the only one here???
Why a notebook? I prefer typing better but if you have some good reasons to use a notebook then maybe I'll try it.
Well.. I really like my notebook cuz it has a cool dream-theme cover and all these dream quotes on the inside. And I get to practice my cursive, which has sucked until recently (that's dumb, but hey, I want readable handwriting lol :P ). Also, I won't have too much access to a computer once college starts, whereas a notebook I can carry around wherever I go. When I wake up in the middle of the night, I don't have to get up and go to my computer to write everything down because my notebook is right there next to me. And...too much computer-ness makes my eyes tired. ;) And and.. when I read over all my dreams, it's like reading a book rather than.. an e-mail or something.
I rather write on a computer because I doubt my writing would be legible at night and when I wake up in the morning.
Hah that's a good one. You expect us to believe that when your log on time at Dreamviews is more then a hundred hours? :DQuote:

If you feel more comfortable with a computer and have easy access to it from your bed that'll work fine. A note book does make it more personal though.
