I got my first SP last night, when I see HI will I know it? I felt the falling through bed sensation and now I know that one will know when one gets it.. So will I know when I se HI?

HI usually takes the form of streaks of color, or in more advanced stages, images or short sequences. So when you see something like this, you're likely seeing HI. :)
I agree with Wavefunction, you'll know when you're seeing HI.. but also please know that not everyone sees HI every time SP sets in.
