How do you deal with all that complexities?

When i started to learn dreaming, I had a lot of lucid dreams, just becouse of beginners luck. I never did reality checks during day and they began to appear from themselves. I had lucid dreams. Now I can recall dreams, but everytime i try to make some autosugesstion or whatever, i cannot get that feeling again. It seems I have dryspell, and pretty big one. I really want to have lucid dream again. Well what should I do?

I have one theory which makes learning harder. In nearly every area, when you learn, you feel, see, sense some progress overtime, but in lucid dreaming its most often about luck. How can i create a habit of lucid dreaming, when there is often unsuccess.

What do you do, to deal with this complexity? What keeps you motivated, when you dont see improvements? Please let me know.
