WILD or MILD or..?
Hey guys, this morning I had a really cool experience.
I had woken up at around 6:15am, and thought, Crap, too late for a proper WBTB. So I tossed and turned in bed for a bit, wondering what to do. I decided that I might as well try to MILD anyway. So I just laid there, and started chanting, "I will notice a dream sign." After about 30 seconds of that, I switched to a visual representation of me on my driveway. This is the interesting part: Once I started visualizing, it was maybe 3 seconds tops before I found myself in a dream, on my driveway. I was caught by surprise. I noticed that I still felt my real body, so I started pacing back and forth to solidify the dream. Unfortunately, my alarm to get up for school went off. This was at 6:30am.
What would this be? I thought that I had ruined any chance of a quick dream reentry because I had moved quite a bit. Was this a WILD? MILD? Or could it be categorized as something else?

It sounds to me like a WILD... because you were lying down conscious and then you suddenly transitioned to the dream. That's the definition of WILD. Dream re-entry involves trying not to move and then visualizing yourself back into the dream you just came out of. :)

I agree. Almost definitely a WILD.

Sweet, I'm going to have to try this again. Thanks for the replies!
