I've heard some stuff about cocoa and dreams, but I'm thinking its probably the milk in it. Not totally sure though. Anyway, just eat what you think is enough. I wouldn't get my hopes up too much with Food induced LDs just because generally it can cause somewhat of a placebo effect, not that thats entirely a bad thing, its just not as reliable.
I tried the whole choclete thing for awhile, never did anything for me. I think its just placebo myself, but I dunno. Maybe i was just doing it wrong? :whyme:
So? As long as it works, nobody cares about the reason. It's not like we're in a medical center.
But then why crying it out loud? There are enough people who do not care and who get doubtful if being told everything's "a placebo". Like me, for instance. I find it hard to believe in some stuff when someone comes and tells me it's a placebo.
I agree with Uber on this one, for instance when i asked about wit B6 and B12, people were like yeah it works, other people were like, its essential anyway so y r u posting, i hate that word placebo, if u have enough hope and belief in it, and it works, even if it was due to urself, surely to god thats a good thing???
